Slow Cooker Turkey with Wild Rice Stuffing
Yield: 8-10 servings
Ingredients

cooked wild rice

onion, finely chopped
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
dried cranberries
|
|
|
| 1/3 |
cup |
almonds, slivered
|
|
|
| 2 |
|
medium unpeeled cooking apples, chopped
|
|
|
| 4-5 |
lbs. |
whole turkey breast, thawed if frozen
|
|
|
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except turkey. Place turkey in slow cooker. Place wild rice mixture around edges of turkey in cooker.
Cover and cook on low heat 8-9 hours or until turkey is no longer pink in center.
